• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation and refinishing
• Windows, doors, and hurricane protection
• Carpentry, framing, and structural work
• Full house renovations and additions
• Construction permitting and project management

• Written Agreements: All work will be performed under a written contract specifying scope, timeline, materials, and costs.
• Estimates: Free estimates are provided for informational purposes and may change based on actual conditions discovered during work.
• Change Orders: Any changes to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.

• Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in each contract, typically requiring deposits and progress payments.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in work stoppage and additional fees as specified in the contract.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due upon completion and customer approval of work.

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty on our workmanship from the date of completion.

• Personal Property: Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

Project timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions and natural disasters
• Material delivery delays or shortages
• Permit delays or inspection requirements
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during construction

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Customer Cancellation: Customers may cancel with written notice, subject to payment for work completed and materials ordered.
• Company Termination: We reserve the right to terminate contracts for non-payment or breach of terms.
• Final Settlement: All accounts must be settled within 30 days of termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or Florida state courts as a last resort
